The Palestinian Factions Coordination Committee announced a general strike on Friday in all governorates of the West Bank.
The committee said, “Tomorrow, Friday, is a strike and mourning that includes all aspects of life in protest and anger over the massacre committed by the Israeli occupation army against our people in Tulkarm camp.”
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of 20 Palestinians as a result of the occupation’s bombing of Tulkarm camp on Thursday evening.
Local Palestinian sources reported that the occupation aircraft bombed a popular café in the Al-Hamam neighborhood in Tulkarm camp with at least one missile while a number of Palestinians were present, which led to the martyrdom of a group of them and the injury of others with varying injuries.
This is the first attack to be carried out in Tulkarm by a fighter plane since the second intifada.
