Britain Threatens Further Sanctions on Israel Over Continued Gaza Violence

UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy has threatened to impose further sanctions on Israel unless a ceasefire in Gaza is reached soon.

Speaking before the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee on Tuesday, Lammy stated that the ongoing situation is intolerable.

The British government recently imposed sanctions on two Israeli ministers from the extremist far-right government due to human rights violations.
