Dutch artists and architects are commemorating the victims of the genocide in Gaza through a traveling memorial, consisting of three-meter-high felt columns arranged in the shape of the Gaza map. The memorial honors the martyrs, with lines hand-engraved on the felt.
The memorial was first exhibited at the Ann Het Speelhuis Theater in The Hague from September 8 to 10, 2025, inviting reflection on the victims of the ongoing genocide committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people in Gaza over the past two years.
