American children’s content creator Rachel Accurso, known as “Ms. Rachel,” revealed that she has received serious threats after being listed as “anti-Semitic” by a pro-Israel group. The designation has raised widespread concern for her safety and that of her family.
Ms. Rachel said that the listing triggered campaigns aimed at discrediting her and silencing voices showing solidarity with the children of Gaza. She emphasized that the accusations against her are entirely baseless.
In her posts on Instagram, she condemned attempts by organizations to ruin individuals’ lives or pressure companies into severing ties by spreading unfounded allegations, describing such actions as unacceptable and dangerous.
She added that her children were directly affected, recounting how her son panicked after hearing discussions about her safety, causing him to cry in fear. She also disclosed that she and her family have received direct physical threats, a situation ongoing for the past year and a half, which has taken a severe psychological toll. Despite this, she affirmed her commitment to continue supporting children in Gaza, Sudan, the Congo, and other regions facing hardship.
Her statements have sparked widespread solidarity from activists, journalists, and public figures, who stressed that supporting children in Gaza cannot be equated with antisemitism, and denounced the campaigns aimed at silencing humanitarian voices.
