Gaza – Ramallah – Zaytoun News
The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate (PJS) condemned the continued Israeli occupation’s prevention of foreign and Arab journalists from covering the genocide war on Gaza, despite all the attempts made by journalists to reach Gaza, which reached the point of filing lawsuits before Israeli courts, amidst the occupation’s continued disregard.
The Syndicate called for the international community, Arab and international federations to take action, and to exert more pressure on Israel to stop this crime, which constitutes a clear attack and war on journalism around the world.
This came during the media symposium organized by the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate at the Syndicate’s Media Solidarity Center in Khan Yunis, which was prepared by journalist Ahmad Fayyad and entitled “More than a year after the war of genocide and the foreign press has not seen Gaza”, with the participation of journalists and international press organizations that were prevented from reaching Gaza, via Zoom.
The study included, with figures and comparisons, the insistence of the Israeli occupation authorities on refusing to allow foreign journalists to reach Gaza, and ignoring the response to providing a convincing justification for this ban.
