Palestinian Minister of National Economy Mohammad al-Amour and Russian Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov Thursday signed a joint protocol on cooperation.
The joint protocol, intended to foster cooperation between Palestine and Russia in various fields, particularly trade and economy, was signed at the conclusion of the fifth meeting of the Palestinian-Russian Government Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation, convened under the chairmanship of both Ministers in Moscow and in the attendance of Palestine’s ambassador to Moscow, Abdel Hafiz Nofal, and a host of representatives of relevant government institutions and the private sector from both countries.
The protocol also encompasses cooperation in the fields of health, education, culture, communications, transportation, energy, pharmaceutical industry, standards, customs and water.
